我公司成立于1993年，是一家生产加工型企业。拥有自营进出口权，地处江阴市北国镇美国工业村，下设精纺纱分厂，毛条分厂和花式纱分厂。精纺纱分厂引进德国，日本先进纺纱设备，生产各类全毛，混纺，化纤等精纺纱线，年产量约2000吨。毛条分厂生产各种细度的毛条，年产毛条4000吨。花式纱分厂拥有十余台套花式捻线机，年产各种花式纱线，如圈圈纱，波纹纱，大肚纱，拉毛纱等约800吨
